What to Expect

Each session is approximately 60 minutes and takes place over a private video call.

We’ll begin with a brief conversation, followed by about 40 minutes of healing, and finish with time to reflect on your experience.

Every session is unique. Some people notice the energy during the session, while others experience the shifts in the hours or days that follow.

Whether you experience warmth, deep relaxation, emotions, intuitive insights—or simply a sense of peace—the healing unfolds in the way your system is ready to receive it.
